aobu's chiptune soundfont v0.03

by aobunau

Uploaded on Jun 28, 2021 (and last updated on Apr 04, 2024)

v0.04 changelog: -added 1 bit noise samples made using magical 8 bit plugin 2 by ymck -fixed sine, saw, and round saw being 1 octave too high -new drum kit made using only simple waves i've made a short little demo track using only instruments from the soundfont to demonstrate it's versatility: https://soundcloud.com/aobunau/aobus-chiptune-soundfont-demo so why should you use it? if you're using fl studio, it doesn't support note sliding for 3rd party vsts, including...

Extra considerations: most of the instruments in the soundfont are made using the nes vst by matt montag, a few made in magical 8 bit plugin 2 by ymck & 3x osc. the dpcm drum kit is just the default nes vst drums

CalculatorSF GM

Uploaded on Apr 26, 2023 (and last updated on Apr 17, 2024)

Ask and you shall receive: A GM SoundFont by me, stgiga, of those musical calculators that was turned into an incomplete and non-GM SoundFont by evnchn on Github, but now including a drumkit (the Controller Click from Marcel J. Therrien's Gamer's Orchestra to represent calculator keypresses), and SFX (Pencil from JS121's SFX, to fit the math theme.) sleaf (maker of the old DSoundFont Ultimate and its much better successors Enchant! and ETERNAL!) helped fix the balance, whi...

Casio CTK-230 SoundFont

by Dekyo Ongen

Uploaded on Jun 12, 2018 (and last updated on Dec 02, 2020)

This is a SoundFont of my Casio CTK-230. Months ago I started to make this SoundFont, only the piano presets. But on June 9 I started to continue it, and finally I completed it. I have sampled and also recreated the loop points in each sample, to save space and prevent this SoundFont from being large. There are some presets that I have not recreated because the envelopes that were used for those presets are not possible using the parameters that the SoundFont 2.1 format o...

FM tone nº 101 from EFFEC.FF

by Dekyo Ongen

Uploaded on Nov 07, 2019 (and last updated on Oct 11, 2020)

Another experimental mini-project. It just is a very small SoundFont that tries to recreate a 4-op FM tone data, which uses the detune parameter (DT). Found in the "EFFEC.FF" FM tone data bank from KAJA's PMD sound driver. I know there's already various SoundFonts with this sound but I tried to recreate it my way. It doesn't sound 100% perfect, but doesn't sound bad either. I think it sounds very decent. It includes two variants, a monophonic and a polyphonic preset. ...

Extra considerations: FM sound driver "P.M.D." (C) by Masahiro Kajihara (KAJA). FMPMD2000 FMP & PMD Music Player (including PMDWin and FMPWin playback libraries) (C) by C60. FM sound generator engine "fmgen" (C) by cisc. Note to people who make SoundFonts. If you wish to add this preset to your SoundFont and you share it, please give credit. Thank you!

GBFont Soundfont

Introduction This is a synthesized Soundfont, made specifically for Soundfont-based soundcards. Most preferably, the SBLive! The Gameboy waveforms consist of small-wave-use, to make strange-like sounds. In this case, Gameboy-rather. My source is included, in case you want to continue it from the version you used last. It's in Audio Compositor format the source, so keep in mind, that if you run AC with it, make sure to map the wave files required, to the sample library. :...
