Casio CTK-230 SoundFont

by Dekyo Ongen

Uploaded on Jun 12, 2018 (and last updated on Jun 16, 2018)

This is a SoundFont from my Casio CTK-230. Months ago I started to make this SoundFont, only the piano presets. But on June 9 I started to continue it, and finally I completed it. I have sampled and also recreated the loop points in each sample, to save space and prevent this SoundFont from being large. There are some presets that I have not recreated because the envelopes that were used for those presets are not possible using the parameters that the SoundFont 2.1 format...

SNES Mario Paint Soundfont

by Lil'Alien

Uploaded on May 31, 2018 (and last updated on Jun 10, 2018)

Here's a soundfont with samples from the 1992 SNES game 'Mario Paint'. Not only includes Mario Paint composer samples, but samples from 'Creative Exercise', 'Monkey Song', 'Flyswatter ~ Level 1, 2, and 3', 'Data Robot' and many more. Feel free to use this soundfont and its samples in any kind of project (Remix, Original Music, Video Game etc.), but always be aware of copyright, as these samples aren't mine.

Android System Synth

by Yamaha Corporation (1998)

Uploaded on Feb 01, 2018 (and last updated on Feb 01, 2018)

Includes two files: AndroidSystemSynth.dls (which is just a copy of gm.dls that I extracted from my phone), and AndroidSystemSynth.sf2 (made by running the *.dls through Viena). Right away, you'll recognise a number of sounds (particularly drumkits) from other files hosted on this site. Unfortunately, a few of the presets sound oddly out of tune, even in the unaltered *.dls file, but I'm pretty sure that's also how they sound on an actual Android device.
