This SFZ sound set uses samples from a 7 ft Kawai grand piano that I recorded in a church. My goal was to make an expressive and versatile virtual piano that I could use in future projects.
Features include three sampled dynamic layers, corresponding release samples, and a pedal sound for added authenticity.
(The panning of the samples is rather narrow, so I like to use a binaural pan filter to increase the spread by 50% or more.)
Check out my other virtual instruments...

I'm creating a bunch of SoundFonts for myself and other musicians. Many of them are free and can be used in commercial and non-commercial projects. Here is the "lite" version of my virtual Hammond organ. The "full" version can be downloaded from my website.

Synthetic electronic sounds.
Pads, basses, arpeggiator-friendly stuff, blips
and more. All sounds are based on synthetic samples from the Korg M1. There
are plenty (58) of samples to play around with here if anyone feels like recreating some M1 sounds.
Last updated August 9th 1998, expect new updates in the near future.
17 different 'instruments' sampled from the Roland TB-303 analog synthesizer.
This synthesizer is used a lot in 'modern' dance music / techno mostly for
bass-lines and arpeggiators. The 'typical' TB-303 sound has a closing filter
with plenty of resonance.
This project is worked on by volunteers in their free time. Donations are used to cover the hosting costs of the website and accelerate the development of new features. There are many ways to contribute besides donating money, see this page
