I, stgiga, fixed the pitch, OPL2 samples, modulators, and mappings, and also added Zandro Reveille's OPL3 drums (TheFatMan is part of the equation, including OPL2 booster drums too) (also William B. I used Deflemask and Furnace Tracker for the samples, and Polyphone to make the soundfont.

Genesis Really Does What Nintendon't
PC-98 YM2608 SoundFont

I found this SoundFont on YT in a video by channel "Erika Furudo".
Compared to the other PC-98 Soundfont on Musical Artifacts (https://musical-artifacts.com/artifacts/589), this one has better drums that sounds more crisp (and accurate IMHO!) than the drums in that SoundFont. Also supports more drumkits than that other PC-98 SoundFont.
I uploaded it here in case of the original video being taken down. Have fun!
