This my merger and fix of the Hedsound MT32 soundfont and Hakerg's GM version. Hakerg had forgotten the fret noise which broke certain songs, so what I did to fix that involved me putting the Guitar Harmonics thing there. Also I did some link-related stereo fixes without affecting the MT32's special stereo. I also painstakingly made the SFX kit into individual GS SFX items, while also making Bird Tweet better. This sub-7KiB GM soundfont works on all midi players. It uses a 9 sample filtered square wave for melody and a 118 sample filtered periodic Noise wave for drums and sfx. Also note that the square is 11025hz sample rate and the noise is 11025hz sample rate, meaning that one can use it in scenarios of the worst quality possible with no trouble whatsoever. Keppy's Steinway Piano was a professional piano soundfont developed by KaleidonKep99. The soundfont is based off samples from a Steinway D-274 concert grand piano, and it was sampled with a TASCAM DR-40. It was provided in the SFZ format, which allows for the customization of the soundfont to a user's specific preference, and for optimization for various types of MIDIs.

The reason I published this here on Musical Artifacts is because it was originally an .sf3 file and .sf3's are compatible with such a small amount of things. The way I converted the thing was using Polyphone. I just loaded it, hit 'Save As...' and chose .sf2. It sounds just like the original with not much loss and I'm pretty happy with it. This Soundfont is a fixed version of Micasddsa4000's Beepbox Soundfont.
I, stgiga, fixed the pitch and mappings, and also added Zandro Reveille's OPL3 drums (TheFatMan is part of the equation) because Micas didn't use drums. It's really neat and retro!
