The reason I published this here on Musical Artifacts is because it was originally an .sf3 file and .sf3's are compatible with such a small amount of things. The way I converted the thing was using Polyphone. I just loaded it, hit 'Save As...' and chose .sf2. It sounds just like the original with not much loss and I'm pretty happy with it. If you like the sound of the Musescore soundfont and want to use it with some other software (e.g. VLC Media Player). To summarize, I published this to make the Musescore default soundfont a bit more accessible for usage in various softwares that do not support .sf3 files. Thank you for reading this.
