eawpats.sf2 is a soundfont (.sf2) that emulates the sound of eawpats, a set of Gravis Ultrasound patches compiled by Eric A. Welsh.
Gravis Ultrasound was a soundcard found in IBM PC compatible system platforms.
A few other soundfonts for Gravis Ultrasound exist, but these do not properly emulate the original soundchip.

Very unique sounding samples, a bit muffled but whatever.

Deep Bass (based on pasta bass)

This electric bass has a pronounced pick attack. This helps cut through a rock mix where you have lots of bass-heavy distorted guitar "power chords".
My version differs from the original source in that mine is stereo, looped, has some noise removed, and includes a "legato mode" mapping.
Yamaha MA2 fm soundfont

This is a small fm soundfont of the Yamaha MA2 chip. It was used in some phones by Samsung, LG ecc. I found it on a websyte that even has ringtones from original phones, and soundfonts of them, and I've decided to post it here because it's very rare to find! This soundfont is made with the samples recorded at the Electronic Music Studios of the University of Iowa (USA) Except for cutting the silence before the attack, the samples were not modified : natural sound, natural sustain and release: no loop, no effect.

Mellowtron

The infamous "string machine" used throughout the late 60s and early 70s. Not samples of a real one, but rather a stereo facsimile. I call it the "mellowtron".

Concert Harp Soundfont (from Sonatina sfz)

This is the Concert Harp available at Sonatina Symphonic Orchestra. It has a default preset at bank 0 program 46 and also two presets at bank 1, program 45 for muted harp (without sustain) and program 46 is the same as the bank 0 preset.
Currently it's the free harp soundbank with the biggest number of good quality samples that I found online and it really sounds fine.
