Ok I just grabb the samples of Sonatina Symphonic Orchestra and simply added a Velocity few tricks,

Although I said I did it, I actually just mixed and added a few things, the most credit goes to them, the links to more information.
Uses GeneralUser GS for Cello and Tuba.
Uses Kiarchive for Glockenspiel, Analog Power, Tubular Bells, Attacker Bass, Pizzicato and Boy Choir.
Uses Beta Version of PvZ from a Sample for Gamebox and Normal Strings.
I´m used KORG TRITON temporarily for GameBox Missing Sample....

This Pack contains nine chromatic percussion instruments plus a harp.
Pack Contains Celesta, Glockenspiel, Crotales, Vibraphone, Marimba, Xylophone, Tubular Belle, Harp, And Timpani.
More Chromatic Percussion Instruments Will Come Soon, Such at Metallophone, Steel Drums, Kalimba, Celeste, Toy Piano, Music Box, Toy Marimba, Toy Xylophone, and Bells.

Concert Harp Soundfont (from Sonatina sfz)

This is the Concert Harp available at Sonatina Symphonic Orchestra. It has a default preset at bank 0 program 46 and also two presets at bank 1, program 45 for muted harp (without sustain) and program 46 is the same as the bank 0 preset.
Currently it's the free harp soundbank with the biggest number of good quality samples that I found online and it really sounds fine.
