This soundfont is mainly used for almost new MIDIs that include GM and XG formats.
It has a bonus soundfont file called "8-bit" version which is used for retro video game MIDIs with 20 kb of size!

The reason I published this here on Musical Artifacts is because it was originally an .sf3 file and .sf3's are compatible with such a small amount of things. The way I converted the thing was using Polyphone. I just loaded it, hit 'Save As...' and chose .sf2. It sounds just like the original with not much loss and I'm pretty happy with it. Much like the Bomberman 64 The Second Attack soundfont, some instruments play pretty quietly on fruity soundfont player regardless of how I tried to alter the volume in Awave Studio but none the less this is a unique one from a superb game.
