Well This has undoubtedly been the most bastard effort, first to find samples of real instruments, and secondly, the most difficult effort when it comes to reducing, resampling and looping said instruments to make them more portable
PD I don't think a good sample of a shamisen exists or will ever exist, at least not from anyone who in the comfort of their home has thought of sampling their own shamisen
I hope you enjoy it and can use it in your own soundfonts

Christian Collins; found on www.schristiancollins.com and collected from Subaqueous and whatsanickname4u.
