Musescore General HQ Soundfont (.sf2 Converted)

The reason I published this here on Musical Artifacts is because it was originally an .sf3 file and .sf3's are compatible with such a small amount of things. The way I converted the thing was using Polyphone. I just loaded it, hit 'Save As...' and chose .sf2. It sounds just like the original with not much loss and I'm pretty happy with it. A general MIDI soundfont with balanced instruments. I used General User GS for many of the sounds, and also I matched the volume of the other samples used to General User GS.---version 1.03: fixed a few bugs with drum kits

General Game Boy Advance Soundfont 2.0

After about 4 months of no updates to this soundfont I went back to highly improve it, as I wasn't too happy with it. Many samples were replaced with much more MIDI friendly and overall better ones and instruments were tweaked to reduce the release and make them more in line with other GM soundfonts.

This is a gm soundfont I made because I didn't like the sound of the most popular soundfonts I tried. It's meant to sound as live as possible. I tried it with acoustic jazz, country and rock music and it sounds very good, even though I have to fix some things.

A GM gameboy soundfont by CynthiaClestic derived from the non-gm works of Moetsukiro/ASIA LUNAR.

This sub-7KiB GM soundfont works on all midi players. It uses a 9 sample filtered square wave for melody and a 118 sample filtered periodic Noise wave for drums and sfx. Also note that the square is 11025hz sample rate and the noise is 11025hz sample rate, meaning that one can use it in scenarios of the worst quality possible with no trouble whatsoever. This is a GM bank based on Atari 2600 that uses period accurate samples to reproduce GM tunes as if made on Atari 2600. It uses distortion 3 and distortion 15 plus the bassy wave to span all 128 keys with a note. The drums are AY/YM noise with some overdrive like on Sunsoft 5B mixer.
