SGM-V2.01 + XG Instruments and XG SFX support*.
Made to have one soundfont for all!
*Available only in Virtual Midi Synth on Windows and Timidity++ using included CFG files.
QSynth in GS mode still won't recognize XG SFX in midis.

Changed Scratch1 sample used on 4:124 preset to Scratch Pull sample from GeneralUser GS (by S. Christian Collins)
Changed sample name to Scratch1 so it should be replaced everywhere.
