SGM-V2.01-XG-1.17 (with Timidity++ config)

SGM-V2.01 + XG Instruments and XG SFX support*.

Made to have one soundfont for all!

*Available only in Virtual Midi Synth on Windows and Timidity++ using included CFG files. QSynth in GS mode still won't recognize XG SFX in midis.

Changelog:

XG-1.17: (Scratch sample update)

Changed Scratch1 sample used on 4:124 preset to Scratch1 sample from ColomboGMGS2 (by @DuwinduTharindaPerera) which is little louder and IMHO better.
Reduced imported sample volume to 75% then it does not overwhelm whole midi.

XG-1.16: (Fingered Bass fixes)

changed 0:33 Fingered Bass to sounds from ColomboGMGS2 (by @DuwinduTharindaPerera) because SGM one made some strange noises in some midis.
Reduced imported samples volume to 75% to be at similar volume as previous ones.
Set Chorus and Reverb to imported presets.
Removed previous SGM Fingered Bass samples that were unused.

XG-1.15: (Volumes up update)

Increased 10% volume to 0:11 Vibraphone, 0:33 Fingered Bass, 0:52 Vocal Aaah and 0:53 Vocal Oooh as they were almost unhearable in some midis.

XG-1.14: (Overdrive Guitar update)

changed main 0:29 Overdrive Guitar to sounds from ColomboGMGS2 (by @DuwinduTharindaPerera)
Reduced imported samples volume to 75% to be at similar volume as previous ones.
Set Chorus and Reverb to imported presets.
Old samples not removed as they are used in other presets (didn't check which exactly). :P

XG-1.13: (Polite Shakuhachi)

changed 0:77 Shakuhachi to more polite sound from GeneralUser GS (by S. Christian Collins)
Reduced imported samples volume to 50% to be at similar volume as previous ones.
Set Chorus and Reverb to imported presets.
Removed previous SGM Shakuhachi samples that were unused.

XG-1.12: (Shakuhachi volume down)

reduced 0:77 Shakuhachi volume to 75% as it was too loud in some midis.

XG-1.11 (Vocal Ooohs and Aaahs upgrade)

changed 0:52 Voice Aaah and 0:53 Voice Oooh to better sound from SGM-2.01-HQ-3.0 (by J.N. from https://sites.google.com/site/soundfonts4u/)
Reduced imported samples volume to 75% to be at similar volume as previous ones.
Set Chorus and Reverb to imported presets.
Removed previous SGM samples from replaced presets that were unused.

XG-1.10a (Jazz Guitar volume up)

added some volume to Jazz Guitar as it was too silent in some midis.

changed Distortion and Overdrive Guitars (presets 0:29 and 0:30) to GeneralUser GS (by S. Christian Collins) ones (this gave better effects with some XG files like "Cop Out" or "Bi2 - Polkovnik")
Reduced imported samples volume to 65% to be at similar volume as previous ones.
Set Chorus and Reverb to imported presets.
Removed previous SGM Overdrive samples that were unused.

XG-1.03: (Chorus and Reverb for presets)

Added some Chorus and Reverb to make it sound more like Yamaha S-YXG50.

XG-1.02: (more ColomboGMGS demo MIDIs compatible)

Added 126:56, 126:57 and 126:58 SFX presets from ColomboGMGS2
Removed all set reverb and chorus for imported presets.

XG-1.01: (fix missing notes for viola in toccata&fugue.mid - Vanessa Mae)

Replaced original and broken 0:41 Viola preset with ColomboGMGS2 (by @DuwinduTharindaPerera) version.
Removed all set reverb and chorus for imported 0:41 preset.
Reduced imported Viola samples volume to 50% to be at similar volume as previous ones.

XG 1.00: (make soundfont XG-Compatible)

Added ALL mising presets from XGSoundSet_fromSoundMAXDLSbyXG.sf2
