The reason I published this here on Musical Artifacts is because it was originally an .sf3 file and .sf3's are compatible with such a small amount of things. The way I converted the thing was using Polyphone. I just loaded it, hit 'Save As...' and chose .sf2. It sounds just like the original with not much loss and I'm pretty happy with it. Live HQ Natural SoundFont GM V2.5.1

V2.5 - This is the biggest update and also this may be the final version. This is a soundfont that I compiled with high quality presets, mostly made by me, sampled from my Korg Pa700 and Roland JUNO-DS keyboards, everything in less than 1 GB, highlighting balanced and live quality pianos, guitars, basses, and more! fully restored soundfont on the base OKI ML2870 from the old phone LG C1400/G5400/G7100 and PANTECH G200 and OLD Philips phones (favorite phones of childhood, and we thought it sounded like on the computer - Roland).
now sounds about 90% accurate
(For those who don't understand, I'll add here: this soundfont is a REPLICA of several others, similar in sound.)
Korg AG-10 GM Soundfont

This soundfont was sampled from a Korg AG-10, one of the earliest GM sound modules (released in 1993). It's up to you what you wish to use it for, even if it's low-fi sounding these days. It has 128 General MIDI sounds and 4 Drum Kits (GM Kit, Power Kit, Analog Kit, Brush Kit). Note that there is no Room, Electronic, Jazz or Orchestra Kit here.
