This is the LiLVintage Soundfont: a mixture of various individual instrument patches, spiced up with a few GUS and a lot of GUS PPL 1.61 patches for the retro vibes, as well as with hand-picked choices from "RealSound GS 2.0" and "GM2 Map Soundfont" patches, and it comes with the Utopia Soundbank's drumsets. So it's quite the mixture. Basically I aimed for a more 'palatable' GUS PPL based soundfont.

Since the soundfont uses some GUS patches and some unknown sources for some patches (obtained through the net long ago), I'd say it can be used for free purposes, but not commercially.
Windows CE GM soundfont

This is a soundfont of the wince_gm.dls soundbank that shipped with Windows Ce 4.2. The original DLS file couldn't be loaded by many programs so I had to manually create the soundfont. The original samples were dumped using sampledump from libdmusic. Haven't seen an easily accessible link for these anywhere else, so figured I would post this here.
Other installments of Cookie Run typically use mp3s/wavs for their tracks - however, curiously, Ovenbreak uses strictly midi. It could possibly be to save space, given how many tracks are ingame, and how massive the game is already (a whopping 1.5-2.0 gb by now). In the process, a lot of finer details are omitted and missed... but, there's nothing saying people can't mix thi...

It may be safest not to use this in anything you will make money off of without contacting Devsisters first. However, nonprofit fanworks (and haha funny meme rips) may be alright, as I have seen them used with no issues.
