I have sampled my self the Acoustic::Steel Stereo (290MB) preset of RealGuitar 3. This has been used a lot by ZUN in Touhou Double Dealing Character. It's clearly not perfect but I tried to make it as good as the original one. I sampled it with Directwave so it's a dwp file (Fl Studio desktop and Mobile user can load it), i don't know if there's a way for convert dwp to sf2 tho so sorry if it's not sf2.
