this is a soundfont thinked of what wizzipwhipitwonderful used to use before using real CPS2 ripped sounds, the way that he does, so this is a soundfont using his old soundfonts that mimic cheesy synths, however this soundfont is thinked for mimic a QSound without real samples of the Q sound, specifically designed for using in the new Ikemen Go 0.99 nightly build, just rename it as soundfont.sf2 and add it to folder sound in your ikemen go mugen character
