This is wince_gm.dls directly converted into a soundfont. I downloaded DivXAudioCompressor and Direct Music Producer in a Windows XP virtual machine, and decoded the compressed DLS into an uncompressed version. Next, I converted the uncompressed DLS to SF2 using Awave Studio. In the download you will get the soundfont, and the uncompressed DLS.

This is a soundfont of the wince_gm.dls soundbank that shipped with Windows Ce 4.2. The original DLS file couldn't be loaded by many programs so I had to manually create the soundfont. The original samples were dumped using sampledump from libdmusic.
