i think this is pretty accurate, loops could be a little better but you can edit them to your liking.
this was made by taking a real stratocaster sample and putting some filters and distortion on it, since the original sample is a strat and not a synth.
the soundfont includes the full sample and a trimmed one with loop points that's more like something present in game for you megaloheads,

Everyone knows and loves the EarthBound soundfont, created by SleepyTimeJeese over ten years ago... but did you know that this soundfont holds some secrets?
Digging around in a soundfont editor, I managed to find a number of unused and unreferenced samples, some of which were used in the demo album "I Miss You: EarthBound 2012".
I've compiled them all in this soundfont for you all to enjoy!

This is an overdriven guitar soundfont which I spent 3 hours of messing around to figure out which settings sounded the best. This covers the GM preset 000:029. This overdriven guitar has each white note sampled at an actual range of F1-E6.
