The SNES GM Soundfont is made by dotsarecool since Summer 2014.
Here's the Unofficial Update of i made since 2 months ago (In Christmas 2017) and Some many presets changes and upgraded into the 0.2 version:

Mega Man ZX Soundfont

This soundfont contains every instrument found in Mega Man ZX's soundtrack. Bank 0 contains the game's pianos, organs, guitars, basses, and miscellaneous instruments and Bank 1 has synths, chordal samples, hits, and percussion, while Bank 2 is used for the game's many BPM-specific loops - check the number at the start of the preset name to determine which BPM to use for a given sample.
