Here's a soundfont of the long lost and shrouded in mystery SNES port of Puggsy.
This game has a rather limited sound palette, with only 10 instrument samples and 2 percussion samples.
While the music in the actual game is rather poor (specially if compared with the Genesis original) the samples used are fine, and can work well if used properly.

This libre Soundfont is a fixed version of Micasddsa4000's Jummbox Soundfont. I, stgiga, fixed the pitch, OPL2 samples, modulators, and mappings, and also added Zandro Reveille's OPL3 drums (TheFatMan is part of the equation, including OPL2 booster drums too) (also William B. Santos's YM2612 and Piconica (free basic waveform synth tool of sorts) drums were used to boost the range again, followed by little-scale's and drunkenjesus's OPLL drums, resulting in a drum range of ...
Beepbox and Jummbox are under the MIT license, and Zandro's OPL3 and OPL2 are under CC-BY-SA4, which is compatible with the MIT license. The William B. Santos stuff is Public Domain.
OPLL stuff is libre.

Added Spooky Lead
Since I can't continue the SD-90 SF2 for a while I decided to make a few Retrologue ones for the time being, I actually own retrologue so it's easier to get these out. Hope you all enjoy them!

This is called the synthetic soundfont and the way it works is that it is based on synthetic sounds that are like a sawtooth wave in bass and like a sine wave in trebble. It sounds half like a piano but not exactly. So you get this half piano soundfont and it might be useful for some things. In future versions I might add more synthetic sounds for more instruments.
