this is my first experiment sampling the ensemble strings, the staccato section and layering some things maded by Yingchun soul, the idea is to have a alternative for Papelmedia Strings 1 preset,maybe this is what are you looking for in the public domain way, this is thinked forgrabbing this and incorporing to your general midi soundfont without worries and even more, without using much space in your soundfont for adding more instruments
so check this out, sounds differen...
Samples are from the Versilian Studios Xylophone. One of the most realistic xylophone samples out there.
The Samples are combined with the MSLP and Versilian Studios Marimba to make it sound realistic
