Otamatone GM

by stgiga, sleaf, Marcel J. Therrien, Bann, 5700CB/Cirnomiji/Pezbeth

Uploaded on Nov 23, 2023 (and last updated on Nov 24, 2023)

I'm stgiga, and here is my Otamatone GM bank, utilizing percussion from Marcel J. Therrien's Gamer's Orchestra bank, and Bann's Otamatone bank, with 5700CB's bank structure of single-sample GM. Also, sleaf's Charm's Noise Peaker was used for SFX like Applause. Since the site is slow, tagging is a problem. I will probably come back later and re-tag it. Oh, by the way: IF you're looking for the Musical Calculators SoundFont, just use 001:080 in the JummBox SoundFont, and ...

I'm stgiga, and this is my merger of my fix of the NESMaster96 GM remap of little-scale and drunkenjesus's YM2413 SoundFont with the Devan Wolf GM remap of the OPLL-2 bank from the Yamaha SHS-10, utilizing plgDavid samples. Thus this, in essence, a 2xOPLL bank, because the OPLL and OPLL2 are the same chip just accessed differently. The SHS-10 just uses custom patches a lot. This is actually a neat duet.

Over the past few months, I've been working on this GM soundfont that has 147 presets that is 3.96 GiB/4.27 GB. I will add more presets soon thoughout the development process, with are things like GS, XG, MT, and other presets soon, but they in separate soundfonts since Polyphone will corrupt the soundfont after it reaches 4.3 GB. This could be one of the top 10 largest soundfont in MIDI history, as the creator of the Dsoundfont series has created a successor to Dsoundfont...

HiDef (my 4GiB Roland SC-88Pro SoundFont)

by stgiga, et. al. (check my Weebly)

Uploaded on Dec 05, 2022 (and last updated on Oct 20, 2023)

I'm stgiga, and here's my 4GiB Roland SC-88Pro soundfont from my Weebly but in a better place. This SF2 was made when I was, in essence, a 15-16yo trans girl (I'm now nonbinary, 21yo, and use they/them). It even supports the XG mode. It was designed to be compatible with the vast majority of MIDI files, including exotic ones that used the 88Pro, especially Japanese MIDIs. I made it in 2018 when I was fed up with broken MIDIs. It was a pain to make and often involved using ...
