From Airwindows:
"It's the most recent drum sample thing complete with extended beats played along with the Amen break so anything you grab out of that can be used as a drop-in replacement for anywhere the Amen break is: same tempo 🙂"

Cadillacs And Dinosaurs (Soundfont [sf2] / dls)
this sf2 / dls was made using conversion on vgmtrans directly from the original capcom arcade rom.
this sf2 / dls contains all the arcade samples from instruments, sound effects like punches, kicks, ambient sounds and voice samples.
this file also contains a separate folder with all the .wav samples extracted from sf2 / dls
and also a folder called Original Sf2 (VGMtrans) [no Fixed]
with the original vgmtrans sf2 / dls files...

to put it frankly the samples are all screwed up, but this contains alot of samples AND midis from the sakura wars 3 game, my favorite in the series, so if someone else could patch up the midis and make them sound better, please either email me, or simply post them on the site and I'll find them

UPDATE: I have added descriptive names to all of the soundfonts from the "0index" files to make it much more convenient for people.
ADDENDUM: A while ago I made a .wav convertion of all the .xi files that I think should be placed here as well.
https://www.mediafire.com/file/gw8t8eh9m3nrc08/kiarchive_wavs.7z/file
I don't recommend using this for instruments since they are "single sampled" as opposed to "multi sampled" as they are in .xi/.sf2 form. As well they are not loop...
Extra considerations:
I don't own these sounds, use them however you like.
