Realistic Soundfont V2: Libre Edition

by SonicLover 19, sleaf

Uploaded on Feb 08, 2020 (and last updated on Apr 17, 2024)

This is a libre version of SonicLover 19's Realistic Soundfont V2, which has all non-free samples removed, which also happens to allow the bank to be used on more than just the proprietary BassMIDI and Audigy/X-Fi players by virtue of being under 2GiB after the cleanup of the non-free samples was done. I, stgiga, am hosting this on GDrive. sleaf was the one who removed the non-free samples. Yes, libre players are supported. Yes, the 7z file can fit on a CD, and yes, the un...

Realistic SF V2 Libre GS Redux Edition

by stgiga, sleaf, SonicLover 19/SonicLover 20

Uploaded on May 22, 2020 (and last updated on Apr 17, 2024)

This is my improvement of sleaf's Libre version of the original SonicLover Realistic SF V2 bank. This version has GS patches and better quality. It is still under 2GiB. This means it does not require BassMIDI-based players to work. MuseScore and ScummVM users rejoice! Strix removed the non-free samples from the original SonicLover version. Enjoy as you wish! Clint, the creator of the KOR soundfont, provided the hosting for this. As have I (check second mirror) Drums hav...

The Fixed Beepbox Soundfont

by stgiga, Micasddsa4000, Zandro Reveille, TheFatMan

Uploaded on Dec 16, 2020 (and last updated on Apr 04, 2024)

This Soundfont is a fixed version of Micasddsa4000's Beepbox Soundfont. I, stgiga, fixed the pitch and mappings, and also added Zandro Reveille's OPL3 drums (TheFatMan is part of the equation) because Micas didn't use drums. It's really neat and retro! Enjoy! Stay safe, stay at home, and wash ur hands! Sincerely, stgiga

Extra considerations: Beepbox is under MIT, and Zandro's OPL3 is under CC-BY-SA4, which is compatible with MIT.
