SGM-V2.01 + XG Instruments and XG SFX support*.
Made to have one soundfont for all!
*Available only in Virtual Midi Synth on Windows and Timidity++ using included CFG files.
QSynth in GS mode still won't recognize XG SFX in midis.

XG-1.17: (Scratch sample update)
Changed Scratch1 sample used on 4:124 preset to Scratch1 sample from ColomboGMGS2 (by @DuwinduTharindaPerera) which is little louder and IMHO better.

Over the past few months, I've been working on this GM soundfont that has 147 presets that is 4.27 GB. I will add more presets soon, GS and XG presets soon, but they in separate soundfonts since Polyphone will corrupt the soundfont after it reaches 4.3 GB. this have even a fresh version of the Sinaloa Brass Section, but with better loop points and size optimized (vs the first version of Sinaloa Brass Section that was artificailly looped)
