I present to you the new soundfont on which I have spent the entire afternoon carefully implementing the samples, as well as ensuring that the programs are compatible with most tablatures. Found some cool Amen Break samples on freesound.org and made a soundfont out of them for personal use, but I decided to release it 'cause I like you guys.

this sf2 / dls was made using conversion on vgmtrans directly from the original capcom arcade rom.
this sf2 / dls contains all the arcade samples from instruments, sound effects like punches, kicks, ambient sounds and voice samples.
this file also contains a separate folder with all the .wav samples extracted from sf2 / dls
and also a folder called Original Sf2 (VGMtrans) [no Fixed]
with the original vgmtrans sf2 / dls files...

Cave Story Soundfont (OrgMaker)

Here's a soundfont containing samples from the music composition program 'OrgMaker', developed by Studio Pixel. It was used to create the soundtrack of the 2004 game 'Cave Story'. It includes 100 different kinds of waveforms (Sine, Pulse, Saw, Triangle and more), plus all the built-in drum samples (Kicks, Snares, Toms etc.) as well.
Feel free to use this soundfont and its samples in any kind of project (Remix, Original Music, Video Game).

UPDATE: I have added descriptive names to all of the soundfonts from the "0index" files to make it much more convenient for people.
ADDENDUM: A while ago I made a .wav convertion of all the .xi files that I think should be placed here as well.

I don't recommend using this for instruments since they are "single sampled" as opposed to "multi sampled" as they are in .xi/.sf2 form. As well they are not loop...
