This is a Soundfont that includes the instruments of Undertale. It lists the instruments by the song its used in, but only lists the instrument once.

Old wurlitzer upright

In the summer of 2015, our highschool was cleaning out its band room. Inside were three upright pianos- a Winter (which we kept), another upright, which I think was thrown, and a Wurlitzer. While I was waiting to be picked up from the band room, I sampled the Wurlitzer, which was destined for the dump. This is probably the last time it was ever played.
