The origin of this meme, Is based from an episode from Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog called: Boogie-Mania, where Dr. Robotnik catches Scratch and Grounder “snooping.” Dr. Robotnik then goes on to say, “Snooping as usual I see.” The second part of the word “snooping” combined with “as” creates “Pingas.” And also in Sonic Boom, the meme was remastered, where Dr. Eggman catches Sonic and his friends the same quote.: https://youtu.be/RqUEjGYD3DU
