gm.dls REMASTERED soundfont v2.0

Yeah, the infamous Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth got a remaster made by me! this is a GM soundfont, which uses the most high-quality versions of these samples that i could find, so, you are gonna listen the midis in CD quality with this soundfont, preserving the "gm.dls" sound!

Recommended soundfont volume: between 50% and 60%

-minor fixes -replaced saw lead by a more accurate one -GS instruments support (with recreated presets!) -alternative version
