The author "Jexu" had released Phoenix-XG and another one for GS/GM2. This is the one he formerly made intending to be Roland GS/GM2 and General MIDI Capable. Well, I was done making my Doraemon: Nobita to Mittsu no Seireiseki Soundfont.
Extracting with the dls file with N64SoundBank Tool by SubDrag is to easy: www.goldeneyevault.com/viewfile.php?id=302 And fixed some presets, and Converted in sf2 file in SynthFont Viena.
