For those of you who don’t need a request for the 14mb sf2 version, this is the only solution as the email from the original soundfont is unavailable. Original sf3 file made by Milton Paredes. Converted from sf3 to sf2 with only using Polyphone.

Not mines. I founded the original sf3 file of this soundfont from Musescore’s article on how to install soundfonts on a computer. I then, converted the soundfont from sf3 to sf2 with only using Polyphone. Inside the zip file is the original sf3 file and the converted sf2 file. Original soundfont made by Frank Wen.

Soundfont and midi ripped straight from the video game using VGMTrans (GBAMusRiper wasn't able to rip it). Able to be used with any DAW that plays soundfonts. If you're wondering, I did check to see if the PSX version could be ripped, but no. It just gives me streamed (.wav) versions of the songs.

Licensing Gray Area
These files have an unknown license, were obtained from unkown sources or were compiled from third party material.
Extra considerations: There are PSG/NES instruments in the game, but VGMTrans wasn't able to rip them. Interestingly, "A Day in Agrabah" uses an entirely different sound set than the rest of the main songs. The (Original) .dls files are what VGMTrans gave me, so I left them in (If you wanted to blow out your ears for any reason).
