Internet musician Cuckoo taped his piano, sampled it and made an SFZ soundfont. All the notes have been sampled with 3 different velocity layers. As for the sound it ranges from a really light mellow harp-like tone on lower velocities to a very sharp tone with higher velocities, really interesting.
The original version uses aiff samples but it did not play well with some of the SFZ players I used, so I made a flac and a wav version.

Unlike other virtual pianos, this one will give you the sensation of sitting at the piano bench directly in front of the keys. This effect is best experienced when you wear headphones.
