Cloudcones Instruments

I took these straight from the .xm file for Cloudcones, exported them as .sfz, then merged them with Polyphone into one .sf2.

What's new? fixed positions in drumkits. "Pianosphere" is now bitcrushed in a attempt to imitate the capabilities of the SND316X PCM Channels. (But hey, you still can search for my original Pianosphere in "Mega CD BIOS soundfont"). 2 new samples: "PSG Noise" (that for some reason i placed wrongly in the end of Piano Section), and "PCM Guitar" (that it's in the end of Bass Section :P) (Now the soundfont have 182 instruments). "Pipe Organ" was reworked. "Violin", "Viola", ...
